Harbour Classic
For this Mayfair Village retirement show home on Auckland’s North Shore, we wanted to create a relaxed, resort-inspired home that felt both familiar and aspirational. Drawing on its proximity to the harbour, the Harbour Classic scheme pairs classic navy with natural rattan, stripes and warm timber and gives a subtle nod to the classic Ralph Lauren style. A sunny winter garden conservatory overlooks the bowling green, creating a natural spot to sit and enjoy the afternoon light. Layered with details such as a rattan drinks trolley, rope lamps and coastal finds, this Arvida show home feels comfortable, welcoming and full of the little touches that make a space enjoyable to live in.
